If you submit a project brief or email us, we receive the information you provide: typically your name, email address, company name and a description of your project.

Our servers automatically record standard request data such as IP address, user agent and the time of the request. We use it only for security and to keep the site running.

There are no tracking cookies, ad tags or outside analytics scripts on this website.

Why we use it

Brief details serve to answer you, to scope a quote on request and, when a project starts, to run it. We do not sell or rent personal information, and we do not use it for unrelated marketing.

Who can see it

Only the members of our team who need it to respond to you. Our email and hosting providers process data on our behalf under their own security commitments.

Retention periods

Briefs that do not become projects are deleted after two years. If we work together, project correspondence is kept for the duration of the engagement and as required by accounting and legal obligations.

Your rights

Email [email protected] to request an export, a correction or removal of your data. Requests are handled inside 30 days.

Revisions to this notice change the effective date shown above.
