Senior engineers, small squads, long partnerships
EndekoApp is an independent software studio. We build products for companies that care how their software is made, and we prefer partnerships that last years to projects that last weeks.
How it started
EndekoApp began as a handful of engineers who had spent years inside product companies and agencies, and who kept seeing the same pattern: good ideas let down by rushed foundations, and teams that disappeared the day after launch.
We set the studio up to work differently. Squads are small and senior. Every project lives in the client's own accounts. Documentation is written alongside the code. And the team that builds a product is the team that stays to look after it.

§ 01 · What we believe
Four ideas that shape every project
- 01
Boring is a feature
Reliable, well-understood technology beats clever technology. Novelty is spent where it helps users, not where it impresses engineers.
- 02
Write it down
Decisions, trade-offs and setup steps go into writing. Memory leaves with people; documents stay with the product.
- 03
Show, don't report
A working build every two weeks says more than any status update. We demo real software, not slides.
- 04
Stay for the aftermath
We judge our work by how the product behaves a year after launch, not by how the launch day went.
§ 02 · Technology choices
What we reach for, and what we avoid
We are not attached to any framework, but we do have defaults. These are reviewed every six months by the tech leads, based on what has served our clients well.
Our defaults
Proven on many projects; our first choice unless there is a reason not to.
- Swift & SwiftUI
- Kotlin & Compose
- TypeScript
- Next.js
- PostgreSQL
- Terraform
- GitHub Actions
When it fits
Strong options for the right product; chosen case by case.
- Flutter
- React Native
- Kotlin Multiplatform
- Go
- GraphQL
- Supabase
- Cloudflare Workers
Avoided for new work
Fine to maintain, but we would not start a new product on them today.
- Hybrid WebView shells
- Unmaintained UI kits
- Hand-rolled auth
- Click-ops infrastructure

We hire a few people a year, always senior, always after a paid trial task. Tell us about something you built that you are proud of.
