Offline-first technician app
Basements and new builds rarely have signal. Job data, checklists and photos sync in the background and conflicts resolve without the technician noticing.
Booking new projects
[email protected]Two apps and an operations panel that connect homeowners with vetted plumbers, electricians and handymen, with booking, chat and payment in one flow.

The brief
The client ran a successful repair business through phone calls and messengers. Dispatchers matched jobs by memory, and customers waited days for a confirmed visit.
They wanted a product that would let customers book in minutes, let technicians manage their day from a phone, and give the operations team a clear view of everything in between.
What we built
Engineering notes
Basements and new builds rarely have signal. Job data, checklists and photos sync in the background and conflicts resolve without the technician noticing.
Jobs are offered to technicians based on skills, distance, rating and current workload, with dispatchers able to override any decision.
Card payments are authorised at booking and captured only after the customer confirms the job, which removed most payment disputes.
